Hope Within Community Health Center

The Mission of Hope Within is to provide high quality professional health care and sound counsel to the uninsured of Dauphin and Lancaster counties. We are a faith-based organization that provides free primary health care. We do this with a small staff and a pool of over 50 medical professionals and non-medical volunteers. While the patients are encouraged to donate towards their care, our desire is to make sure that individuals who would not have access to care are able to receive treatment for chronic and acute conditions.

Hope Within opened in January 2006 and began caring for patients. To date, we have served over 1,200 patients through 6100 patient visits. When we began, we offered basic primary care services, but we have been blessed to expand available services to include ancillary lab services, physical therapy and individual nutrition counseling. Most recently, we opened a satellite location in an existing church facility in Columbia, PA.
