Who We Are

We are here to provide decent, safe, and sanitary housing for low and moderate income individuals and families, retired persons and persons with diabilities. The Lancaster City Housing Authority owns and operates 564 public housing units which consist of 259 family units and 305 elderly units set in public housing developments: Susquehanna Court, Franklin Terrace, Church Street Towers, Farnum Street East and 90 plus scatetered sites throughout the city of Lancaster. Additionally, the LCHA administers a sizable modernization program and a broad range of resident initiative activities for its public housing residents and section 8 clients.

What We Do

We have been providing affordable housing to eligible individuals and families for over 40 years.
