Housing Development Corporation MidAtlantic (HDC)

The mission of HDC MidAtlantic is to build hope and opportunity by providing a safe and affordable place to call home.  HDC marketing, management, and maintenance departments are vital to the success of each community. Part of our corporate philosophy is based on the premise that it is our responsibility to provide more than housing in order to support the quality of life of our residents. With that in mind, we have developed an extensive Supportive Service Program for both our elderly and family rental communities. All of our efforts are designed to increase self-sufficiency, improve living conditions, sponsor drug-free housing, support youth by helping parents provide a stable atmosphere, and provide support to seniors in order to allow them live independently.

Founded in 1971, Housing Development Corporation (HDC) MidAtlantic is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to providing quality affordable rental housing for low-income families, senior citizens and indviduals with disabilities throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware. HDC MidAtlantic owns, develops and/or manages more than 3,300 rental housing units by delivering high-quality and secure housing solutions through innovative property management and real estate development services.
