Keystone Human Services Of Lancaster

Keystone's mission is to "Create opportunities for growth and meaningful life choices so that all people can be valued, contributing members of their community." Our vision is that of creating an environment where all people, regardless of background and "ability" can grow, make choices, and be valued and contributing members of our community. In this vision, we see the welfare of all people being vested in the welfare of each individual. Keystone Human Services of Lancaster County provides support and services to adults experiencing mental illness and mental retardation to live successfully in the community. Our individualized services are designated to help each person develop their unique gifts and capabilities, while helping them find homes, friends, family and meaningful work.

Our first Mental Health program opened in 1984. To date we provide supports and services in over 40 locations throughout Lancaster County. Volunteer opportunities exist at a variety of locations in a variety of capacities. Please call the office for details.
