MidPenn Legal Services

MidPenn Legal Services is a private, non-profit, public-interest law firm dedicated to providing equal access to justice and high quality legal services to low-income persons and survivors of domestic violence. Client community includes low-income individuals and families, elderly, disabled, children and survivors of domestic violence. We assist our clients by stabilizing housing, strengthening families and securing and maintaining income, providing access to health care and education, protecting personal safety and protecting individual rights.

MidPenn was created in 2000 through a merger of three similar legal services programs that have been in existence since the 1970's, each of which has a long history of working for these same goals.
