For the past 20 years, PA State Representative Mike Sturla has served the citizens of the 96th District, which includes Lancaster City, parts of Manheim Township, and East Petersburg Borough. 

Rep. Mike Sturla began his public service in 1987 when he was elected to Lancaster City Council. He served as a member of the Lancaster County Planning Commission in 1990 until his election to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1991.  Since then, he has worked diligently for the citizens of the 96th district to preserve and invest in our downtown neighborhoods. 

Rep. Sturla and the staff in his district office look forward to making a difference in a variety of community events and are committed to participating in the United Way of Lancaster County's annual Day of Caring event.
