Who We Are
We are an alliance of small, independent early care and education programs. We began in 2012 as a program of Diamond Street Early Care Center in Akron and became a 501 (c) 3 in 2014.
What We Do
We work with directors and staff of independent early care and education programs to identify issues, find solutions, and improve their business and pedagogical leadership. We provide substitute teachers, professional development, and workforce development for the ECE field in Lancaster County.
