About the Project:
Off the Streets helps individuals and families transition from homelessness into safe, stable housing. Every Saturday morning, our team completes three moves—loading, delivering, and setting up furniture in apartments for our clients. We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to lend a hand (and some muscle!) to make these moves possible. Together, we can transform empty apartments into warm, welcoming homes.

Can you help Off The Streets Lancaster (OTS) resettle individuals or families on a Saturday morning?


We especially need people who can lift at least 40lbs. 

We also have other volunteer positions which may be limited, but our volunteer team will reach out to you with more information of how you can help. Volunteer as little or as often as you like.  Email: otsvolunteers@gmail.com

Furniture - Pickups during the week & Moves on Saturdays.
Living Needs- Help manage household items at our Lancaster warehouse.
Fundraising- Help research grants & other funding opportunities.
Previewers - Identify/select needs of recipients & assist with Move on Saturday.
Other- IT/Tech help - Let us know your specific skill set.
