Would you like to volunteer in a community center where you can interact with people of your age and interests?
Art of Recycle is a community center that is open to the public and has comfortable areas to work, while seated. One of our needs is for someone to assist with the greeting cards that are available for sale as part of AoR’s fundraising store.
AoR receives hundreds of greeting cards a week which need to be sorted by occasion and paired with envelopes. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to volunteer in a slow paced, stress free environment that is socially active. The greeting card section is located in AoR’s bookstore, where you can greet guests and be seated at a table where you can help sort greeting cards and assist people in finding the perfect card. You have the option to volunteer anytime we are open for as many days or hours as you wish.
Childline clearances and background checks are mandatory and are done free of charge by Art of Recycle
