Project Description
Help Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development prepare for future events by organizing and consolidating Duckie event materials.
Volunteers will assist with sorting and storing craft supplies, organizing prizes and giveaway items, taking inventory of remaining materials, labeling storage containers, and ensuring event resources are organized and easily accessible for future use.
This project is a great opportunity to support an organization that serves children and families while helping create an efficient and organized system for upcoming events.
Volunteer Details
Number of Volunteers Needed: 12 volunteers
Project Duration: Approximately 2–3 hours
Minimum Age: 14 years old
Volunteer Requirements
- Volunteers of all skill levels are welcome.
- Tasks will include counting, sorting, organizing, and labeling materials.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to work as part of a team are helpful.
What to Wear
Please wear:
- Comfortable clothing
- Closed-toe shoes are strongly encouraged

Volunteer Check-In Process
Volunteers should enter through the main entrance and let the reception desk know they are there to volunteer with FD. A member of the Schreiber team will be notified and will meet volunteers downstairs in the lobby.
Weather Plan
This is an indoor project. In the event of inclement weather, the project will be moved to the garage or basement of the facility.
