About this Event
Join fellow volunteers to help remove flood debris from along Otter Creek.
Volunteers should wear closed-toed shoes and long pants. We will be hiking a few miles across rough terrain, on unimproved trails, with the potential for slippery conditions. The Conservancy will provide gloves and any other necessary tools.
Because we will need to hike to our work location, volunteers must arrive on-time. Additional information and directions will be sent 24 hours before the event.
In the event that unsafe weather conditions are forecasted, a decision on whether or not to continue with the workday will be communicated to volunteers who have signed up 24 hours prior to the start time.
Parking is located at SGL #83 lot on Kline Rd. (39.886943, -76.403122) There are no bathrooms at this preserve.
