Once again, the Friends of Lancaster Public Library will host the BIG Book Sale at F&M College Alumni Sports Fitness Center!
Be among FRIENDS when you volunteer to help with SET UP!
As a Big Book Sale Set Up Volunteer, you will help unpack the books and arrange them on tables - if you show up, we'll show you what to do! As a bonus, you will have an opportunity to preview books available at the sale. After the books are all unpacked, you may purchase up to $100 of books for yourself in appreciation of your help.
- There is no need to sign up for this volunteer opportunity, just drop by and we’ll put you to work.
- Ages 14+ please
- This role will require walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs. Accommodations available upon request
- Please wear closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothing
- Space will be available to safely store small items like a coat, keys, purse, water bottle or packed lunch/snack
