International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day is an event that brings together individuals who have lost someone to suicide. The Lancaster County Suicide Prevention Coalition is in its second year of hosting this event at the Pathways Center for Grief and Loss in Mount Joy. The event will feature a screening of the documentary Family Journeys (produced by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and watched at all ISOSLD events around the world), time for discussion and reflection, and breakout groups on various topics.
Volunteers are needed to help direct individuals in the parking lot, welcome attendees, tend to the food table, and clean up after the event.
