Location: United Way Volunteer Center / Administrative Office (or remote as assigned)

Responsibilities
- Enter and update donation records in database systems
- Review data for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and maintain donor documentation
- Support staff with general administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of donor information
Qualifications
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Prior administrative or office experience is helpful but not required
Training & Supervision
Full training will be provided. Volunteers will receive guidance and ongoing support from staff to ensure comfort and confidence in all tasks.
Physical Demands
Primarily seated, computer-based work with minimal physical activity. Occasional light filing or document handling may be required.
