Every day, Love INC of Lancaster County connects neighbors in need to loving church volunteers. Each one of these connections starts with a phone call to our call center. This is a cell center where we listen, assess individual's needs and try to connect them with a volunteer. This is the first point of contact and makes all the difference!
We receive an average of 40 phone calls per day, Monday through Friday, and we are in need of more volunteers to help us answer them!
The right candidate will:
Be an active member/ participant in a local Christian congregation and:
- Agree with Love INC's statement of faith.
- Be a compassionate listener.
Have good telephone and computer skills.
- Be able to commit to serve one half-day per week, at our
