Hotline callers reach out for a variety of reasons, including: Crisis intervention and emotional support Questions about resources and referrals related to sexual violence Inquiries about counseling servicesThis is a meaningful opportunity for individuals interested in the social work, psychology field, as well as anyone looking to support survivors in their time of need. Requirements: Completion of a 40-hour training course All required clearances Although this is a remote volunteer role, volunteers must remain within the state of Pennsylvania while on callIf you’re interested in volunteering or would like to help spread the word, your support is greatly appreciated Agency: YWCA Lancaster
