The One World Festival is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with set-up on the morning of our annual celebration—Sunday, September 28, 2025.

If you’re up for some early action, we could use your help with tasks like:

Setting up vendor tables

Unloading vehicles

Hanging decorations

And more!

When the One World Festival winds down on the evening of Sunday, September 28, 2025, we’ll need a strong crew of volunteers to help with festival breakdown and clean-up.

Tasks may include:

Packing up vendor displays

Loading vehicles

General site clean-up

Heads up: This role may involve some heavier lifting—perfect for those who don’t mind getting a little hands-on to help us end the day on a high note!

The One World Festival is seeking friendly, outgoing volunteers to assist at our  Registration Desk on Sunday, September 28, 2025. You'll greet attendees, check in pre-registered guests, and offer guidance to those with questions.

If you’ve got the gift of gab and a welcoming smile, this is the perfect role for you!

We encourage volunteers to sign up for multiple shifts—work a little, enjoy the festival, then jump back in for more fun. It's a great way to stay involved while soaking up the energy of the day!

Shifts are between 11 am-5pm 

Support Our Vendors Behind the Scenes!

The One World Festival is looking for helpful, energetic volunteers to assist our vendors throughout the day on Sunday, September 28, 2025.

As a Vendor Support Volunteer, you’ll:

Help vendors with basic needs

Run quick errands (like grabbing supplies) so they can stay at their booths

Tackle small tasks that make their day smoother

If you're a great multitasker who enjoys being on the move and lending a hand, this is the role for you!

We encourage volunteers to sign up for multiple shifts—work a little, enjoy the festival, then jump back in for more fun and connection!

Be a Festival Guide for the Day!

The One World Festival is looking for helpful, friendly volunteers to serve as Festival Navigators on Sunday, September 28, 2025.

You’ll be stationed throughout the festival grounds to assist attendees with directions and answer common questions about:

Event schedules

Bathroom locations

Food vendors

And more!

If you're approachable, enjoy helping others, and know how to point people in the right direction with a smile, this is the role for you!

We encourage volunteers to sign up for multiple shifts—volunteer for a bit, enjoy the festival, and hop back in to keep the good vibes going!
