The Humane League of Lancaster County is a Humane Pennsylvania partner recognized as the area's leader in animal welfare.  Our dedicated staff, volunteers, and community members provide compassion and care to thousands of animals each year through a variety of services.  Thanks to these collaborative efforts the Humane League is able to provide personalized shelter enrichment programs for the animals in our care, resources for pets and their families to remain together, low-cost spay/neuter clinics, low-cost vet services to pet owners, foster care program, and partnerships with other rescues and shelters that save more lives and outreach and education efforts that empower the community to become involved in saving lives.  We value our volunteers, members, and supporters as important contributors to the work that we do.
