The Lancaster County Re-Entry Coalition has a list of winter items needed for individuals coming out of prison. These include:
- Blankets
- Foil Mylar Rescue Blankets
- Thermal socks
- Knee high socks
- Warm Gloves
- Hats
- Scarves
- Sweat pants (unisex & larger sizes)
- Sweat shirts (unisex & larger sizes)
- Hand & feet warmers
- Boots & sneakers
- Rubber shoe covers for men
- Rubber shoe covers for women
