Lancaster Lebanon Habitat for Humanity is seeking kits to support new homeowners! At the end of our program, we celebrate our homebuyers (or those in our homeownership program) by throwing a celebration called a Home Dedication. During these dedications we like to give our now homeowners cleaning kits and tool kits. 
 
We are looking for about 10 of each type of kit and I have attached a list of things that could go in both kits. Even if we can get one or two of them that would be great. If the volunteer is interested, they're also welcome to add a note of congratulations to the kits!
 

New Homeowner Tool Kit Buying Ideas

· Toolbox

· Hammer

· 12-foot tape measure

· Pliers

· Screwdriver (one with interchangeable heads)

· Small level

· Scissors

· Box cutting knife

· Allen Wrenches

· Work Gloves

 

New Homeowner Cleaning Kit Buying Ideas

· Cleaning bucket

· Multipurpose Cleaner

· Cloth Hand Towel kit

· Microfiber Cloth

· Wash clothes

· Scrubbies (for pots and pans)

· Duster

· Handheld dustpan and broom

· Dish Soap

· Rubber Gloves for Dish Washing

· Windex

· Plunger

· Toilet scrubber

 

**None of these items are essential. We list these items just to give a jumping off point for where to start and/or what could be included in the kits.
