Conestoga Valley Community Center

The mission of the Conestoga Valley Community Center is to enhance the quality of life of our community members by providing wellness, recreational, and fitness programs. We are a non-profit social service organization whose focus is to encourage members of our community to stay healthy and take care of themselves. We currently serve approximately 1800 members. Our facility has over 90 pieces of exercise equipment, shower and locker area, youth game room lounge, group fitness room, and a classroom. We run a variety of group fitness classes, and are very excited to introduce BODY PUMPtm in February. We also are very proud of our variety of programs for children, adults and senior citizens.

Started in 1994, the Community Center began operating the former corporate wellness center of Lancaster Laboratories in 1998. The purchase of this facility was made possible through the generosity of Dr. and Mrs. Earl Hess. By serving the community in a unique way, Community Center membership has grown from 120 memberships in 1998 to over 1000 memberships today.
