Who We Are
Our mission at The Literacy Council of Lancaster-Lebanon to promote literacy and life-long learning and provide personalized adult literacy and basic education services.
What We Do
The Organization was founded in 1985 through cooperation with the IU-13. Since that time, the Literacy Council has served more then 10,000 adult learners.
