

Who We Are
To provide quality recreation programs, services, and facilities to the residents of southern Lancaster County. The Southern End Community Association (SECA) is a private non-profit organization whose mission is to provide quality community services, recreation and facilities to the residents of southern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. SECA owns a 15-acre property in Quarryville, Pennsylvania which houses a community center, an outdoor swimming pool, two picnic pavilions, two sand volleyball courts, a lighted basketball court, a playground, an inline skate rink, and an extreme sports area. SECA strives to build partnerships within the communities of southern Lancaster County and provide services and facilities that best serve the nearly 30,000 residents of the area. Solanco (southern Lancaster County) encompasses nine rural municipalities. SECA strives to offer programs and services that are beneficial to all the residents of Solanco, regardless of income level or age.
What We Do
SECA has existed since 1991. It was organized by a group of volunteer citizens within the community who saw a need for programs and services. Over the years SECA has continued to expand the programs and services that it offers to the community. SECA is currently developing a new five year strategic plan to continue expansion.
