Who Cares

Vision The long term vision of Who Cares? is to have communities where neighbors can turn to each other for support in times of need, and receive help without having to rely on government and social service agencies. Who Cares provides a simple, no-pressure way for people to volunteer to help their neighbors in need. When you volunteer through Who Cares, you have the ability to pick a time that works with your schedule and volunteer in an area that interests you. Whether it's one hour, one time per year, or forty hours every week, there are plenty of ways to serve in your community.

Who Cares, an all volunteer group, became a PA-Nonprofit organization in May 2011. The organization is based in Lancaster County but growing rapidly into other areas within Central PA.
