Project Description
Join Brethren Village residents for a meaningful opportunity to provide companionship, conversation, and support. Volunteers will assist residents in skilled care by taking them on a wheelchair walk throughout the Brethren Village campus to visit the Hidden Gardens.
Volunteers will spend time connecting with residents while enjoying a relaxing walk at a comfortable pace. This project is a wonderful way to build relationships, brighten someone’s day, and create meaningful memories through simple acts of kindness.
This project will take place rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, volunteers will participate in a fun indoor activity with residents.
