Domestic Violence Services of Lancaster County is seeking volunteers to help deep clean the communal kitchen and dining area at their shelter.

Start Time: 10:00 AM
Estimated Time: 3–4 hours
Volunteers Needed: 5–10
Location: Lancaster, PA

Minimum Age: 10
Adult Required for Minors: No
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Volunteers will help:
- Deep clean the communal kitchen
- Clean the dining area
- Organize and refresh shared spaces
- Help create a clean and welcoming environment for residents
All skill levels are welcome. Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
WHAT TO BRING
Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for cleaning. Gloves and cleaning supplies will be provided.
VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN
Upon arrival, volunteers will ring the doorbell and be greeted by a staff member. Volunteers will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement before beginning the project.
IMPORTANT: Because this project takes place at a domestic violence shelter, specific location and parking information will be provided directly to registered volunteers. Please do not share the shelter's address publicly.
