Volunteer Counselors Needed

The PA Medi Program at Lancaster County Office of Aging is recruiting Volunteer Counselors to answer questions and provide unbiased assistance to beneficiaries. This is done either working remotely from home via phone, or over phone/in person in our office about Medicare, Medicaid, Advantage and Gap plans, Part D, PACE and other related topics. Extensive training is available. Volunteers must have computer literacy and ability to speak well over phone. Must be able to get along well with people.
