Who We Are
Greystone Manor Therapeutic Riding Center is a nonprofit organization that has been providing quality equine assisted activities to children and adults with special needs since 1981.
What We Do
GMTRC's core offering is our therapeutic riding program which is offered weekly throughout the year. Lessons are held on M/T/W/Th evenings and on M/W mornings. We also offer unmounted clinics and a number of special events including our annual Horse Show, fundraiser Gala, and Celebrate GMTRC.
The two main areas volunteers can help with are, our lesson program and barn duty. All experience levels are welcome, we provide training! Other areas of need include landscaping, event assistance, fundraising and photography. If you'd like to help in any of these capacities, or if you would like to share your time with us in other ways, please let us know! We are always looking to add new areas of expertise in our volunteer team!
Check our website for the latest information and instructions on how to apply! http://greystonemanortrc.org/volunteers/.
Volunteers must be 14 years or older and have current medical coverage. Volunteer orientations are held twice a month on Thursdays.
